Join the Sierra Commons Board of Directors

Sierra Commons is growing its impact and building a stronger future for rural entrepreneurs. Our programs help people start and expand businesses that strengthen local food systems, forest resilience, and the rural economy. As we take the organization to the next level, we seek new board members and subcommittee volunteers ready to share their experience, skills, and energy to benefit the people we serve.

We are accepting applications for new board terms beginning in early 2027, with applications open through December 31, 2026. If you are interested, let us know. One of our board members will personally contact you to walk you through the process and answer any questions. Together, we can shape the future of entrepreneurship in our community.
